After a few weeks hiatus because of Spring Break, Alex Siminoff is back with his latest post.

The last several years have introduced us to the growing trend of podcasting. Now, people all over the world (regardless of demographic) are listening to podcasts. Check out these stats on how podcasts have made their way to the mainstream:

• 44% (124 million) of the US population has listened to a podcast (Infinite Dial 18)
• 26% (73 million) listen to podcasts at least every month (Infinite Dial 18)
• 17% (48 million) listen to podcasts weekly (Infinite Dial 18)
• 16 million people in the US are “avid podcast fans” (Nielsen Q1 2018)

There are plenty of good podcasts out there. I wanted to point out 5 of the most popular marketing podcasts I have been able to curate that you should listen to.

Unrelated to marketing, but some other great podcasts I enjoy are Business Wars and American History Tellers by Wondery. Also, This Week In Tech (TWIT) and The Playbook are great too.

Are you an avid listener of Podcasts? Let me know which ones I’m missing, and I’ll give them a listen.
