If you’re not learning, then you’re not growing. Marketing has so many components and offshoots, that it can be overwhelming to master all of them. But don’t panic. I have searched far and wide across the deep dark unknowns of Google searches to find you the 10 BEST marketing-related blogs.
You might see a common theme in the blogs I have listed. They typically specialize in a niche marketing category and the blog is part of the company’s website, so they all part of the marketing strategy sell a product or service.
In order to make this list robust, I searched for blogs within different subcategories of marketing. I choose the selected blogs after conducting research, as well as asking a few of my colleagues their recommendations, and blogs I personally read. By no means is this list in any particular order.
Note: I have not received compensation from any of the sites mentioned. Although I wished I did, as I am a college student.

“Adland is a website focusing on the advertising industry and an Internet archive of commercials. Adland incorporates advertising news, critical commentary on ads and the advertising industry, and archives.”
Who doesn’t love ads? Watch ads you skipped on TV, read people’s opinions on ads and check out the print ads you ignore every day on Adland’s blog. But seriously – it’s a great resource for inspiration and examples. The commentary is spot on and hilarious. If this doesn’t float your boat, try Adweek or AdNews. Or go sink your boat.
7. Moz Blog

Niche: Technical Marketing (EX: Landing pages & Optimization)
10. Medium Blogs
“Welcome to Medium, a place to read, write, and interact with the stories that matter most to you. Every day, thousands of voices read, write, and share their stories.”
Medium has a publication for every possible topic. Some of these blog posts come from influencers, and others are from everyday people. My personal favorites are freeCodeCamp, HackerNoon, Marketing & Entrepreneurship, Startup Study Group, The Mission, and StartUp Grind.
Niche: Everything and Anything
Blogs aren’t the only way to get useful information. Communities like Reddit, Quora, and major publications (TechCrunch and AdWeek) are also popular. But you can read all the blogs in the world and still not be where you want to be. You have to go out and apply what you learn. So what are you waiting for?
Did I miss a blog you think should be on this list? Let me know.
